Privacy

Here is everything, in full:

• Newsletter email. If you sign up, we store your email address, the date you joined and whether you have unsubscribed. That is the only thing the signup form asks for.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, for support or a Toolbench submission, we keep the email so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived request logs that include your IP address, browser user agent and the page you asked for. We use them only to fix errors and stop abuse. We do not write IP addresses or user agents into our own records.

We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, ad trackers, session recording or any third-party scripts. Our newsletter emails do not track opens or clicks. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

Packs are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your name, email, payment and billing details and handles tax. Their privacy policy covers that data. Gumroad shares your email and order details with us as the seller so we can deliver the product and give support. We never see your full card number.

• Resend stores the newsletter list and sends our emails.
• Vercel hosts the site and runs the signup and unsubscribe functions.
• Gumroad sells and delivers the packs.
• Google (Gmail) and our own mailbox hold emails you send us.

Some of these companies are in the United States, so your data may be stored there. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we never have.

We email you because you asked us to (your consent). We use purchase data to deliver what you bought and to keep tax and accounting records (contract and legal obligation). We use server logs to keep the site working and safe (legitimate interest). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed so we do not email you again by mistake, unless you ask us to delete it completely. Support emails are kept while they are useful, then deleted. Vercel keeps request logs for a short period set by its plan.

You can ask to see, export, correct or delete the data we hold about you. See data deletion for how. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

You need to be at least 13 to use this site or join the newsletter. If you live in the European Economic Area, you need to be at least 16, or the lower age your country sets for consent to online services. To buy a pack on Gumroad you need to be old enough to make a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian buy it for you. This site is for developers and is not aimed at children. If you think a child under 13 has given us their email, tell us and we will delete it.
